Problem

A quadrilateral is given; \(A\), \(B\), \(C\), \(D\) are the successive midpoints of its sides, \(P\) and \(Q\) are the midpoints of its diagonals. Prove that the triangle \(BCP\) is equal to the triangle \(ADQ\).
